  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup taco cheese blend
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 Respect brand Wagyu burger patty
  • Kosher salt
  • Cracked black peppercorn
  • Onion & garlic powder
  • Trader Joe’s umami powder
  • 1 slice Yancey’s Fancy Spicy Buffalo Wing Cheddar
  • Handful of diced onions and peppers
  • Lettuce
  • Thick-cut bacon
  • Japanese mayo
  • Togarashi sauce


  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the egg, taco cheese blend, garlic powder, onion powder, and curry powder until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the preheated waffle maker and cook until golden and crispy. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  4. While the chaffles are cooking, prepare your Wagyu patty. Season it with kosher salt, cracked black peppercorn, onion & garlic powder, and Trader Joe’s umami powder.
  5. Cook the seasoned Wagyu patty in a cast iron pan in an air fryer at 480°F until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  6. Assemble your sandwich by placing a chaffle on a plate. Top it with the cooked Wagyu patty, Yancey’s Fancy Spicy Buffalo Wing Cheddar, diced onions and peppers, lettuce, and thicc-cut bacon.
  7. Drizzle a blend of Japanese mayo and togarashi sauce over the ingredients.
  8. Top with another chaffle to complete the sandwich.
