  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the squash is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
  5. While the squash is baking, prepare the alfredo sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. 
  6. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  8. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce has thickened slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Once the spaghetti squash is done baking, use a fork to scrape the flesh into “noodles” and transfer them to a serving dish.
  10. Pour the alfredo sauce over the spaghetti squash noodles, tossing gently to coat.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
