- 1/4 cup Carrot (Finely Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper/Capsicum
- 1 cup Spinach (Finely Chopped)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste. Sauté until the raw smell dissipates.
- Add the green bell peppers, carrots, onions, and a pinch of salt. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
