Instructions

  2. Cook the sausage patties: Heat a pan greased with half of the ghee over medium heat. Using your hands, create small patties from the sausage meat. Place on the pan and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Fry the eggs: Grease the pan with the remaining ghee and crack in the eggs. Cook until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still runny. If using an egg mold, lower the heat to cook through.
  4. Assemble the stacks: Top each sausage patty with guacamole and a fried egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
  5. Meal-prep tip: Prepare the guacamole and sausage patties in advance and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat and serve with freshly fried or poached eggs.
