Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and cover. Let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Drain the eggs and place them in an ice bath to cool. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Set the egg whites aside on a serving platter.
  5. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Sriracha sauce, white vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Sprinkle each deviled egg with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh chives if desired.
  9. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
