  • Spring onions, finely chopped
  • Coriander, finely chopped
  • Mushrooms, chopped
  • 100g MyProtein Noodles (konjac low carb)

Instructions

  1. Preparation:
    • Preheat your oven to 120°C.
    • Season the beef short ribs with salt and pepper. Sear them on all sides until golden brown.
  2. Slow Cooking:
    • Place the seared beef short ribs in an oven-safe dish with a lid.
    • Add hot water, miso paste, and Korean hot red pepper paste to the dish.
    • Cover the dish and cook in the preheated oven for about 5 hours until the beef is tender.
  3. Assembly:
    • Remove the cooked beef short ribs from the broth and cut them into desired pieces.
    • Strain the broth to remove any bone residue.
  4. Final Touches:
    • Cook the soft-boiled eggs and peel them in salt for easier peeling.
    • Place MyProtein Noodles in the strained broth and cook for 2 minutes.
    • In a separate pan, fry the meat chunks with mushrooms in a bit of soy sauce.
