I had started wearing a knee brace during some of my workouts due to the pain.

Hey! 3 years lAter i read this pOst TodAy 10th Feb and cAnt Belive it. i dId some RESEARCH last 2 days and BoUght Some pure Hydrolysate Bovine collagen PeptidEs. Gold standard. I pray this work For my belly flabby LOOSEness area. eVen if i takes time. PSYCHOLOGY morning, noon and nIght. I cant get my mind off my belly. Its making my Very sad and ill. ,

In your opinion, do you think taking liquid collagen, powder collagen, or collagen capsules are the best way to incorporate it into your daily life?

Hi Jessica,

I have only used the powder version myself. First, I would look at ingredients in the product to ensure it is pure and organic. There should not be any fillers added. Then, it's what will be the easiest way for you to take it regularly. For me, it is very easy to add a scoop of Vital Proteins into one of my drinks during the day. It dissolves very easily and doesn't have a taste. Hope that helps!

Linda, I can't specifically say at what extent it will help skin, but I have had people who know me tell me my face looks younger after taking it for a few weeks. Personally, I notice the biggest difference with my knees. Give it a try for a few weeks and let me know! :)
