Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies
Crispy buttery edges, soft and chewy , chocolatey in the middle, still warm from the oven. Oh yeah...that's just the melt-in-your-mouth goodness of keto cookies that you could be enjoying in just a few ingredients plus short minutes.
1 cup Almond Flour ⅓ cup Chocolate Chips Sugar-free 2 tbsp Swerve or equivalent ¼ tsp Salt ¼ tsp Baking Soda 2 tbsp Coconut Oil melted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2-3 tsp Almond Milk or milk of choice
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all dry ingredients well. Add wet ingredients. The dough should hold firm enough to make form into balls. Place dough balls onto cookie sheet and gently press flat. Place cookie sheet onto middle rack and back 12-14 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!
