Dill Salad Dressing

This creamy and bright homemade Dill Salad Dressing Recipe is full of fresh flavors, but without any added sugar or preservations found in most store-bought brands. With just a couple of minutes and a few simple pantry staples, you’ll have a healthy and delicious dressing for your fresh garden or cucumber salads.

Ingredients
  

  • cup Greek yogurt
  • cup sour cream
  • T lemon juice
  • 1 T fresh dill finely chopped
  • ½ t garlic powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 lg cucumbers sliced and cut into half rounds
  • ½ med red onion sliced thin
  • 1 T fresh dill roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Whisking all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl or add to a mason jar and shake or stir until combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Set aside.

Salad Prep

  • Add the cucumber, red onion, and roughly chopped fresh dill to a large bowl. Pour the dressing on top and toss to combine. Serve immediately or chill for up to two hours before serving.
