This Creamy Avocado Sauce is made with Greek yogurt, avocado, cilantro and fresh lime juice-the perfect topping for vegetarian black bean wraps, shrimp and fish tacos. Your new Taco Tuesday staple!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt whole milk, full fat
  • 1 med avocado peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and finely minced
  • 1 t ground cumin
  • ½ t smoked paprika
  • ½ t chili powder
  • 2 T cilantro finely chopped
  • 3 T fresh lime juice
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. (*Add additional lime juice, if necessary, to reach desired consistency). Taste and adjust seasonings, to taste.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several days.
