Hi Nicole,
Not knowing all of the details of what&#039;s going on with you, I can&#039;t say for certain if menopause is kicking in for you. It is quite possible though. A few tips for you that come to mind would be: keep track of your macros and calories in something like MyFitnessPal, get a couple of hours more of sleep, start an exercise program to tone muscles. Those things will kick up your metabolism, burn calories and balance your nutrition. If you do them, you should start to see some weight reduction, and a leaner, younger feeling body. Be sure to subscribe to get more tips that can help you.
