–Bacon –Red onion –Sweet potato –Garlic minced –Brussel Sprouts –Eggs
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until done.
2. Add onion and sweet potato, stirring every couple of minutes for the next 8 minutes or until softened.
3. Add garlic, Brussel Sprouts and stir. Cover and cook for about 2 min or until they begin to soften.
