Spaghetti Squash and Meatballs Recipe

A perfect combination of seasonings with a secret ingredient to make the best meatballs for a healthy alternative to pasta by using spaghetti squash.

–Lean ground turkey –Egg –Italian breadcrumbs –Italian seasoning –Unflavored gelatin –Grated Parmesan cheese –Cloves minced fresh garlic –Spaghetti Squash –Pepper –Salt


Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wash Spaghetti Squash, Poke a few holes in and place in microwave to cook on high for 12 minutes.

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix.
