Shrimp Bowls with Cilantro Lime Rice

Vegetables – Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Red bell pepper  – Yellow bell pepper  – Orange bell pepper  – Red onion  – Sea salt and pepper Shrimp – Shrimp  – Ground cumin – Chili powder – Garlic powder – Sea salt and pepper  – Cilantro and lime


Add two tablespoons olive oil to a large cast iron skillet set over medium-high heat.

Add the bell peppers and red onion.

Season with salt and black pepper, to taste, and stir to combine.
