– Corn cob fresh
– Butter
– Mexican crema
– Mayonnaise
– Cilantro
– Taco seasoning
– Cojita cheese
– Smoked paprika
– Chili powder
– Cumin
– Coriander
– Garlic powder
– White pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Place the top oven rack in the second position from top and pre-heat broiler to “High.”

Husk the corn and remove the silk. Rinse thoroughly to remove any remaining silk and pat dry.
