Lemon and Dill Salmon

Lemon Dill Salmon is a light and refreshing dish that is easily going to become a family favorite.

Virgin olive oil, Alaskan wild-caught salmon filets, Salt and pepper, Salad greens, Cherry or grape tomatoes halved, Cucumber, Dill sprigs, Mint leaves, Basil leaves, Dijon mustard, Apple cider vinegar, Lemon 


Preheat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Season the salmon with some salt and pepper on both sides and place skin-side down in the hot pan.

Sear for 3 – 4 minutes before carefully flipping the filets.
