Healthy Mexican Burritos with Mexican Red Rice

Mexican burritos are always a win in our house.

I love them because they are quick, easy, and delicious with an even easier clean up after.

INGREDIENTS of Meat Mixture

–Jasmine rice –Chicken broth –White onion –Garlic cloves minced –Roma tomatoes diced –Salt –Tomato bouillon –Olive oil

INGREDIENTS of Guacamole

–Avocado ripened –Garlic powder –Chili powder –Lime juiced –Salt to taste –Iceberg lettuce shredded –tomato diced –Cheese shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over low medium heat.

Add the diced onion to the pan and let it cook until they start to become translucent.

Then add the bell pepper and jalapeño to the pan and cook until they become tender.
