Egg Roll in a Bowl in Only 15 Minutes

It’s great for the evenings when time is short, or if you just aren’t in the mood to cook.

This low carb dish works great for the keto diet or anyone wanting to reduce carbs.

INGREDIENTS

Ground beef, Garlic minced, Cabbage shredded, Soy Sauce, Ginger ground, Egg, Sesame Oil, Green onions and Sriracha

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until cooked thoroughly.

2. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.

3. Add the cabbage, soy sauce and ginger.
