–Avocados –Eggs –Salt and pepper  –Cheddar Jack Cheese, shredded –Sugar free bacon,

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. To keep from sticking to the baking pan when baking, line with parchment paper.

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and take out the pits.

Use a spoon to take out a bit of the flesh around the pit area to create a bigger space for the egg.

Crack the egg into a bowl and put it into the avocado half.
