1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
2. If kale leaves are still on the stem, remove leaves from stem, discarding the stems.
3. Wash and rinse kale leaves. Dry completely before adding to a bowl.
