Hi Sarah,
Maybe try having smaller portions. Focus on eating lean protein and vegetables. Also, make sure to do some type of exercise to tone and build muscle to keep your metabolism high.

My issue is I&#039;d get such a hard time from my husband who insist Ste on us eating the same things at meals. Not sure how to tackle that one.]]></description>

Sorry you were turned off by the meal replacement. It really helped me while I was learning to make better choices with food. I totally get the desire for having real food in your mouth...and don&#039;t advocate only having meal replacements without real food. The great thing about getting healthy and losing weight is you can adapt a program to what works for you. I only hope to give options, motivation and examples of how I was able to lose weight. 					<description><![CDATA[About a year ago, with 60 looming on the horizon &#038; my weight continuing to creep up, I decided I needed to do something. I joined Weight Watchers. That, along with a chiropractor finally relieving me of sciatic nerve pain that kept me from exercising for any length of time, helped to lose 32 lbs in a little over 6 months. I reached my goal weight last Oct. 30 and have kept it off since then along with 5 more lost. I started Zumba 2-3 times a week plus started power walking and did three 5K&#039;s for the first time last year. This coming Thurs. I will run (the majority of) a 5K instead of power walking it. My point is-it CAN be done and, yes, find your motivation. I can now wear size 4 &#038; some extra small clothing vs. size 8-10 &#038; Larges.]]></description>
