The meal plan works great with Intermittent Fasting. If you exercise, you could also do your morning workout, have your protein shake afterwards, then have your first meal plan meal or snack an hour or so later. After a few days of getting used to it, almost everyone adjusts very well and has amazing progress! :) Let me know if you have any more questions!]]></description>
