@Julie, All of those sound great! And yes, the protein bars are so filling...and so good! 
Another great protein is the Phormula 1 protein powder. It can be a great protein to drink without being too filling. It&#039;s also highly recommended as a post workout recovery drink to improve results and recovery. 
For the water, try to keep some type of water bottle with you at all times. Play around with the temperature of the water - sometimes I find that if it&#039;s not ice cold I can drink more.

2.)I am trying to put more protein in my diet. I workout 5-6 times a week, and I have been struggling to lose weight. I just started 80 Day Obsession and am really enjoying it.
